(“Worknet”), a provider of managed services, specializing in managed hosting, disaster recovery, and remote monitoring and management solutions. Worknet will be integrated with OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd. (“OnX”), a Marlin portfolio company, strengthening OnX’s cloud and managed services offering in North America.
