Ms. Chan is the Vice President of Finance & Accounting of Marlin. Her primary responsibilities at Marlin include overseeing the accounting, audit, tax and financial reporting matters for the firm and its funds. Prior to joining Marlin, Ms. Chan was an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Manager of the Controls and Compliance Department of Disney Motion Pictures. Ms. Chan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a dual concentration in Economics and Accounting, with distinction, from the University of Toronto. Ms. Chan is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the West Coast Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association.
