Mr. Kase is a Partner and member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Kase’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include conducting due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring. Mr. Kase’s recent transactions include Capario, MDeverywhere and ProLogic, among others. Prior to joining Marlin, Mr. Kase was a management consultant for McKinsey & Company and an investment banker with CIBC, focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kase earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA where he was an Academic-All American and team captain of the football team.
