Mr. Schachter’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include transaction support and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Marlin, Mr. Schachter worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Media and Telecom Group where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and other strategic advisory initiatives. Mr. Schachter earned a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
