Mr. Kwon’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include transaction support and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Marlin, Mr. Kwon worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment in the Corporate Development Group. Prior thereto, Mr. Kwon worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Media and Telecom Group where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and other strategic advisory initiatives. Mr. Kwon earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine where he graduated summa cum laude.
