Mr. Carnes' primary responsibilities at Marlin include transaction support and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Marlin, Mr.Carnes worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a member of their financial services audit group. Mr. Carnes is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance & Entrepreneurship) and Accounting from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude.
