Mr. Sulak is a Principal and his primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring. Mr Sulak’s recent transactions include Xcitec, Rivermine, Renzulli Learning and Kaidara, among others. Prior to joining Marlin, Mr. Sulak worked at the Sanders Morris Harris Group where he led equity financings and financial advisory assignments for technology, software and consumer businesses. Prior thereto, Mr. Sulak worked at the predecessor to the SMH Private Equity Group where he engaged in the execution of several successful venture, growth and late stage investments primarily in the technology, software and consumer sectors including PracticeWorks, Lombardi Software, RigNet, and Wayport. Mr. Sulak earned a B.A. in Finance, with a dual concentration in Accounting and Spanish, from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
