Mr. Pingelton’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support and portfolio monitoring. Before joining Marlin’s investment team, Mr. Pingelton served as a Director of Financial Due Diligence within Marlin’s Operations Group and assisted on recent transactions including MDeverywhere, Liquent and Burroughs Payment Systems. Prior thereto, Mr. Pingelton worked at KPMG in the Transaction Services Practice and Assurance Practice. During that time, he advised clients on transactions in a broad spectrum of industries including basic materials, healthcare and consumer goods. Mr. Pingelton earned a BBA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and is a Charter Financial Analyst Level III Candidate.
