Mr. Kaiser is a founding member, Partner and member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Kaiser’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include conducting due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring. Mr. Kaiser’s recent transactions include Servigistics, Emptoris, Palladium Energy and Solarsoft, among others. Prior to joining Marlin, Mr. Kaiser was at Gores Technology Group (now the Gores Group) where he was engaged in the negotiation and execution of acquisitions, divestitures and financings. During that time, Mr. Kaiser was involved in the successful acquisitions of MicronPC, Verifone, Aprisma Management Technologies and Anker BV, among others. Mr. Kaiser earned a B.A. in Economics-Mathematics, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
