Mr. Warwick is an Operating Partner and CFO of Marlin operations. Mr. Warwick’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all finance, HR and tax due diligence and oversight resources of Marlin as well as providing financial support, operational assistance and strategic oversight to portfolio companies.

Mr. Warwick joined Marlin from MicronPC where he served most recently as CFO. Prior to becoming CFO, Mr. Warwick acted as Controller for Micron Electronics. Previously, Mr. Warwick held various roles with Coopers & Lybrand, Nichols Accounting Group, Micron Technology, Hall Heatherington Hooper & Co. and Ripley Doorn & Co. Mr. Warwick earned a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene College and is a CPA.
