Marlin portfolio company Serenova acquires ProScheduler

LOS ANGELES, November 18, 2019 – Marlin Equity Partners (“Marlin”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired ProScheduler WFM (“ProScheduler”), a leading provider of contact center workforce management (“WFM”) solutions. The company’s data-driven optimization technology helps organizations improve employee engagement and workforce productivity through dynamic forecasting and scheduling of their contact center agent workforce. ProScheduler will be merged with Serenova, a Marlin portfolio company, further enhancing Serenova’s existing portfolio of contact center-as-a-service (“CCaaS”) solutions by adding new, advanced scheduling functionality.
