TelStrat has been merged with Serenova, a Marlin portfolio company, adding native, world-class workforce optimization (“WFO”) capabilities to Serenova’s existing portfolio of contact center-as-a-service (“CCaaS”) solutions. TelStrat’s technology will enable Serenova to provide customers with even more options when building, deploying and running their customer communication strategies for optimum performance.
