Marlin portfolio company Servigistics acquires Kaidara

LOS ANGELES, April 6, 2010 – Marlin Equity Partners (“Marlin”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Kaidara, a leading provider of knowledge management software for global technical service operations. Kaidara will be integrated with Servigistics, a Marlin portfolio company, enabling Servigistics to expand a critical component of its product portfolio. Kaidara’s solutions will be brought to the market as the Service Knowledge Management component of Servigistics’ comprehensive Service Lifecycle Management (“SLM”) solution suite.
