The acquired solutions, notably, Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) and Training and Competency (T&C) capabilities, will be integrated with StarCompliance (“Star”), a Marlin portfolio company, expanding Star’s compliance suite to more comprehensively address regulatory risks and further enhancing Star’s integrated product suite as a leading global compliance platform.
