The company’s service delivery product offering enables brands to better understand and action key customer and consumer insights, using a unique combination of machine learning and human insight. Discover.ai will be merged with Talkwalker, an existing Marlin portfolio company, further enhancing Talkwalker’s consumer intelligence platform with richer and more contextualized consumer insights via a dedicated services layer.
