(“WorkRamp” or the “Company”), a San Francisco-based next-generation Learning Management System (“LMS”) platform designed for high-growth and mid-market companies. The acquisition expands Learning Pool’s ability to serve a broader spectrum of customers, combining its enterprise-grade suite with WorkRamp’s intuitive, high-impact LMS to deliver flexible and scalable learning solutions across industries and geographies.
