Allison is Global Human Resources Director in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on providing human resources support and driving HR/talent-related initiatives globally. Previously, she worked at Lloyd Group as a Human Resources Manager, where she helped establish a HR department and directed all HR activities for the New York and New Jersey offices. During Allison’s tenure as department lead, the company was ranked as the 35th Best Place to Work in NYC by Crain’s New York Business. Prior thereto, she worked at Lenox Advisors as a Human Resource Generalist. Allison earned a B.S. from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University. She is currently a member of The Society for Human Resource Management.
