Jack is a Director in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on operational due diligence and providing operational support to portfolio companies. Prior to joining Marlin, he served as a Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where he was part of the firm’s private equity consulting practice, focusing on the software, technology, and entertainment industries. With over a decade of experience as a technology M&A advisor and consultant, Jack has led numerous engagements for private equity and corporate clients acquiring software businesses or optimizing operations. His work has included collaborations with firms such as Platinum Equity, BlackBerry, Sony Pictures, and several Insight Partners portfolio companies. Prior thereto, Jack worked in investment banking, specializing in sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Jack earned his B.S. in Finance from California State University, Long Beach and his M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
