Mr. McGovern’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include transaction support and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at Moelis & Co. in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for companies in the Healthcare Services and Business Services sectors. Mr. McGovern earned his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University where he graduated with honors.
