Mike is a London-based Director in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on driving go-to-market acceleration and optimization initiatives across the European portfolio. Prior to joining Marlin, he led GTM Strategy & Operations at Veed, an AI-powered video creation platform, where he scaled its sales-led go-to-market motion and re-engineered its operating model across sales, customer success, marketing, product and finance. Before Veed, Mike was VP Revenue Operations at Payhawk, a fast-scaling European fintech, where he helped build and mature the commercial organization during a phase of rapid international expansion. He previously spent several years at Houzz where he led international GTM Strategy & Operations across Europe and APAC, having previously worked at Facebook and Barclays Bank. Mike earned his B.A. in Business Administration and French from the University of Manchester.
