Morgan’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal origination and qualification. Prior to joining Marlin, she was a growth investor at PSG, a software-focused growth equity fund, where she focused on deal origination and supported portfolio companies with M&A across the European technology and software sectors. Prior thereto, Morgan worked at Horizon Capital, a UK-focused lower mid-market PE fund, where her primary focus was also deal origination. Morgan holds a BSc in International Business Management from Cardiff University.
