Mr. Gaillard’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at GP Bullhound in London and Hong Kong, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and equity financings across the technology sector. Prior thereto he worked at J.P. Morgan where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Technology, Media & Telecom sector. Mr. Gaillard earned a M.Sc. in International Finance from HEC Paris and a M.Sc. in Engineering from INSA Lyon.
