Ryan's primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at Deutsche Bank where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions across various technology sectors including software, semiconductors and telecommunications. Ryan earned a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles where he graduated cum laude.
