Sean’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include transaction support and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at EY-Parthenon in Los Angeles, where he specialized in Private Equity and TMT within the Software Strategy Group. Sean earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley – Haas School of Business, where he graduated magna cum laude.
